EzMapper: a 3D tracker software for brain functional studies

EzMapper is a compact, cross-platform, atlas-based 3D tracker software designed for brain functional studies such as Near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) or MEG/EEG experiments. It is able to communicate with a 3D tracking device (Polhemus or other vendors) and record 3D digitized points on a surface by a stylus and perform image registration to an atlas or subject-specific surface mesh.
